Incredible! This Orthoceras fossil is somewhere between 300 and 400 million years old (give or take 50 million years!) and is a distant ancestor to the modern squid. It comes from Madagascar and we've hand sculpted it in flowing Sterling Silver wire into the unique, one of a kind pendant you see here. Very beautiful and sure to garner many compliments. Includes the Sterling Silver chain.

Prehistoric Orthoceras was a cephalopod related to modern day squid and octopus. This particular fossil is believed to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 million years old. The stone in which the fossil is embedded was handcrafted and polished by a superb artisan and carefully sculpted by us. Flowing Stering Silver cascades down this fine piece in smooth swaths and is certain to bring you pleasure. This is a unique, one of a kind pendant never to be repeated.
